Do not go to this club, the people are really rode and you will not feel welcome at all. They just make you feel like your not welcome at all.
Filthy... that's the best word to describe this location! Equipment is run down, not cared for, and overall the facility is dirty. Benches all have black grime on them, most have tears. Don't even try to use the kettle bells as they are so beat up that there are chuncks missing that will shred the skin off your hands! I have made the staff aware of the issues and nothing has been addressed. They don't seem to care and/or are to lazy to clean the place! Suggest any other gym in the area over this one.
Absolutely do not recommend. The facility is small and cramped, and after I bought my own home and equipment to work out in the basement they still tried to charge me two months AFTER I put in my thirty day notice. Take your money and go somewhere else - anywhere else. The best exercise you can possibly get from this place is running away from it before they stick you in the same trap I'm in.
I will never join another snap fitness again.. they don't have good equipment, and they will claim to have sent you an email warning you of an extra membership fee charge but you won't ever have actually gotten that email and it won't matter. Oh and if you submit your 30 day gym termination letter and it dates the end of your membership for May 3 you will still be charged for the entire month of may on may 1st
The staff are never there during the posted hours. I have been trying to discontinue membership for two months now, and instead of discontinuing my membership they charged my bank account for $75. I've left messages to try and rectify the issues and still no reply. I have stopped in on the days the sign says staffed and no one is there. WORST EXPERIENCE OF A LOCAL GYM!!! The only weight to be lost here is the money they scam from your wallet!
